  1. New regs for engine nosie

You have me thinking re obtaining the approvals for the mustang in the UK and compare to oz (not that I’m paranoid 😁). I think they are both quite close but probably best if I check the noise and emissions. I exported a car this way and was pretty straightforward but given what is changing...
  2. New regs for engine nosie

Just catching up on a few threads and noticed this one. I’m looking to head back in 5 or so years and importing my mustang with me. Sounds like from what’s going on back there I could have an issue importing it into the country ???
  3. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

Wheels I assume from Levittown ? Don’t by any chance have the splash guards part number ? Was looking at autoware in OZ but not 100% sure they are oem Mach 1 handling pack.
  4. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

Looks great. Wheels look flush Any poke from the Herrod wheels on the front ? Was thinking OEM birds nest wheels but now leaning towards herrods as forged. Have you managed to track down the rear splash guards ?
  5. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

Same as ozmach here. Have attached a few pics. I have also attached the gurney flap as it’s not a daily driver for me. Still waiting on Front wheel moulds to arrive.
  6. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

Currently at work but will post some later on. The Herrod website is pretty good for description etc.
  7. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

Have a look at the website www.Herrod there’s a Mach 1 on the drop down list. Part identified is sku HP21-0103-AA.
  8. Mach 1 HP Spoiler

I ordered the OEM HP spoiler that is already with the paint correct code from Herrod performance in Australia a few weeks ago. Installed it last week and didn’t have any issues.
  9. m1 issues yet?

Missed this post earlier. Mine is the same with the manual and has happened roughly 4 times so far (over a 6 month period). In first gear at the lights then when depressing the accelerator it pops out into neutral with a clunking sound. I also assumed it was myself not fully placing it into...
  10. m1 issues yet?

Hopefully for you it stays gone. I went a bit over the top and started removing anything in the rear out of the car including internal panels etc as I thought it was coming from the trunk area.
  11. m1 issues yet?

I had exactly the same issue on my Mach after about 1K . Did the WD 40 trick as well and hasn’t reappeared.
  12. 2022 Mach 1 exterior color chart

Same here. I only notice it when up close and in bright direct sunlight.
  13. Mach 1 strut tower brace

There are a number of places in Australia that are importing them and all seem to be due in mid to late October. I.e mystangmods, autoware, etc Cost is around the AUD$590. Not sure about the Uk but would assume the same timeframes of availability.
  14. Mach 1 strut tower brace

Sounds like rob herrod here in Australia will be selling them for RHD. I imagine any prep work would be well done so hopefully it’s a straight forward install. I’ll be ordering from there once they are available.
  15. Australians get a second compensation

No strut brace here due to RHD. From memory the rest is very similar to EU spec. On the positive side I wanted a car I could work on in future years and Ford will contribute towards the parts !
  16. Australians get a second compensation

I’m looking at retrofitting the torsen. But from what I can work out that will breach the warranty which is somewhat ironic. Waiting for confirmation on that. Not too fussed about the adaptive cruise control as mine isn’t a daily driver. Reverse parking sensors have to be fitted aftermarket and...
  17. Mach 1 Chassis M2429

Hi Mike, Great to hear you were able to pick one up. Mine landed a few weeks ago here in OZ and I have to say have been surprised how much I enjoy driving the car. That Tremec is hands down the most enjoyable manual transmission I have ever used.
  18. Mach 1 strut tower brace

Have to agree with you that in reality won’t need it. For me it’s trying to obtain the parts that the US model has and we don’t. Just closing the gap where possible. Not to the handling pack level but rear light sequencers, strut brace and a few other things. Also keeps me out of house and in...
  19. Rusty Aussie mach 1 mustangs

Route to Oz is Panama, NZ and then Oz.
  20. Ford offering new M1 Owners in Australia free servicing and track day…

I missed the call as well. Correct me if I am wrong but if the vehicle has been approved as it is currently configured, can Ford actually retrofit any parts as per the brochure (I.e. Torsen). I.e. Is Ford able to revise the approval to retrofit the parts or will it just stand as it is and they...
