I had the same issue, with them rounding off. I was also not able to tighten them down all the way. After the first check I had no issues......

You cannot datalog with the Livernois tuner.
You cannot view a lot of active parameters with the Livernois tuner.

I don't know if you can view it with the LMS tuner, but normally you view your charge air temps.
None. The intercooler keeps the Charge Air Temp down (which there is not a gauge for on the OEM displays/gauges) which is post-intercooler.
