I had a similar thing happen with my GT /H-pipe.
The install went well and had no issuesfor maybe 6 months, but I had some condensation dripping on startup from the exhaust joints.
Took it to a different exhaust shop and they put exhaust sealant on it and reassembled. One week later the exhaust...
I managed 26 MPG (9L/100 Km) when doing a 7 hour trip during summer last year.
That's the actual calculated figures. The car said I did 27 MPG.
Around town it's around 15 MPG (16L/100 Km).
The worst was a track day at 5 MPG (44L/100 Km), but I didn't care.
I know I'm replying to myself, but whatever.
Driving the GT today and it came up with a "Change Oil Soon" message, so I did the numbers.
When I had change the oil last year, It had done exactly 3.443 kms (damn COVID).
The previous oil change it had done exactly 11,488 kms.
The "Change Oil Now"...
It definitely does.
I drove very little last year due to COVID - around 5,000km.
The Oil Life Monitor was suggesting I replace the oil exactly 12 months after the last service.
Now I'm driving more and I did a track day, I should see if that is still the case.
My best on a 600+ Km trip was 9.5L/100 (25 MPG) driving at a constant 110 Km/hr.
Average around town is 16L/100 (15 MPG).
The worst was a recent track day - 44L/100 (5 MPG)... but who cares as it was a fun day!

The 'best' oil for me is one that meets the Ford Australia requirement of an oil that meets the WSS-M2C913-D standard, mainly if there is any warranty issues I'm covered.
Lots of what I would call great oils don't meet that standard.
I ended up getting Valvoline Synpower FE as that met the...
That spec engine oil seems to be for diesel engines.
After seeing the wrong spec engine in my manual, it's likely Ford has made a mistake.
Special engine oil for Ford Focus Diesel 2.0 manufatured from September 2014 and Ford Mondeo Diesel 2.0 manufactured from...
