20x10 & 20x11 Project 6GR Seven in custom finish Ford Race Red. These things shine in the sun and have a little more depth in the shadows.
Ozzie really made this happen
Thank you! I appreciate the compliment. I didn't want the typical red or yellow. I went for Ford Grabber Blue. I love how it turned out myself, but I'm a lil biased, lol.
On average, I would wash the Mustang once a week. It would take me about 15 - 20 min to do the wheels alone (rinse/clean/dry)
I have had the car since early 2017.
52 (weeks) x 4 (years) = 208
208 (washes) x 15 (min) = 3120 min / 52 hours. 🤪
...in reference to the sidewall, that number is called the Aspect Ratio -
" The aspect ratio is a percentage. It's the height of the sidewall measured from wheel rim to top of the tread, expressed as a percentage of tire width. In other words, it's sidewall height divided by tire width. In...
These are Enkei 18x8.5. I put the stock 235 tires on, but will go with 255 near stock height when they are gone. I liked the copper color with the Rapid Red.
I didn't want it to ride any more harshly, so stuck with 18" wheels. I didn't want to go really wide either, looking to keep it practical.
An old photo of mine from September (I have my winter tires/wheels on currently). And, my car has black flaps now, not red. And that rear spoiler is gone, too. But, the matte bronze ESR SR07 18" wheels and summer tires go back on in a month or so.
Thank you Jacob!
I have to fess up though, they are fake - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/double-race-red-journal.74739/page-22#post-2282108
Here's a pic of how they look unpainted - https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/threads/double-race-red-journal.74739/page-22#post-2282184
Thank you! And I think I’ve seen something like that before, and all I can say is amazing. Once you’re ready and have found the right rims, don’t hesitate. So Worth it.
