I think the tuner has the flex fuel tunes on it. Bought it from a local and wasn't sure on how it worked exactly so with the ff tunes I can switch and keep going without having to swap tunes?

We have a 2015 GT and basic bolt on car. came across a SCT with bama tunes i think or either lund tunes with the Ghost cam E85 and 93 Tunes. my question is if i decided to put the e85 tune in drain the tank and fill up with e85 can i run it likt it is?? And if i decided to drive my car somewhere...
