Do you mean the wheel? I agree it appears to be cosmetic but I don’t like it. I’d rather replace the wheel.

Im wanting to get ceramic coating but I also need some paint correction first and together that will be expensive. For now, I do have a reflective sunshade for the interior and I bought a cleaner/protectant set for the top.

I just got my 2017 used and didn’t know about the complaints with chafing. I’ve used the caps every time I’ve dropped the top so far. There were actually 2 sets in the trunk. Don’t know why. I do like the aesthetic appeal when they’re on, though.

This is my only concern. Not the op, but I’m getting mine tomorrow and I have no garage or covered area to park it. I’ve researched car covers but this is going to be my daily driver. I can’t wash it every afternoon and I don’t want to get dirt buildup in the cover that scratches the car.
