The Hold was fuel pump related. Mine was on lockdown for a month due to it. This is a line issue at FRAP. They aren't seating the hose properly....

From a technical standpoint, Ford lists the difference in ride height between the CFTP and the Base car as being .6" in their Technical Specs pdf....

Rough guess but by looking at the lot numbers I'd say that they are getting two tubes each time they lay up and wind on a mandrel.
I usually measure from the ground to the center of the arch radius on the fender/quarter.
