I'm getting the same flutter sound with my cp-e exhale kite. Hks bov is on the cold side. The only thing I can come up with is buying the adapter that lets me install a hose and vent back in to the intake. Like the stock bov bypass hose. Will this fix it? I'm new to the forum world. Thanks guys.
