I pulled off the Side Paneling and to put the felt tape along the edges that come in contact with the glass.. not the clips but the actual plastic that surrounds the window.

Fixed I had the identical problem and the fix was to put some Felt Tape on the quarter window panel.. Its the Panel rattling against the glass. Mine would do that on bumps on the road or when music with bass would play. Hope that helps
