How does the rear plate mount without destroying the rear bumper cover over time? I looked online and cant find any aftermarket solutions to this. All thats on the car are 2 screw holes, allowing the plate to sit there and chatter on the paint. Any suggestions?

Have any cars built prior to ok-to-buy begun shipping? My stock order was completed 9/17. Im just curious if Ford has begun releasing any of those.
