I think I am going to go with shapeways for the manufacturing! The best part about their site too is that I will be able to list the models for sale! What will happen is that whenever someone orders a set they will handle the sale and print the parts on demand and ship directly to you!

Ha! Had to change the H slightly for shapeway's 3D printing requirements.
