Jeez! My car built 4/23 has entered Europe yesterday and will be at the dealer in a few days. I never imagined I would get the car before a US order of the same time.

Jeez! My car built 4/23 has entered Europe yesterday and will be at the dealer in a few days. I never imagined I would get the car before a US order of the same time.

It still shows it's at the port waiting on a ship, FelixGER. I haven't tracked one all the way to Europe, will you let me know when it gets there?

I have this info directly from a source at Ford. It says this:

And the Galveston Highway entered the port of Zeebrugge this morning. It left Baltimore on June 14 if I remember correctly.
On June 26 it will be in Bremerhaven Germany to unload the cars.

According to this system my dealer will receive the car on July 6.

My car (originally 4/20 build, ended up 4/17 build) finally arrived at the dealer yesterday after almost 10 weeks on quality hold. I gave up after four weeks on hold and bought a different car from a different dealer - that was nine weeks ago.

Anyone else in North America from this week still holding out? What about the EU guys?

I took delivery of the car on July 13. 3 1/2 months after it was ordered.

I tried to find another car but nothing matched what I wanted. So I either have very bad taste or very good taste in cars.

I got concessions from the dealer for my time but I must admit that the whole process left me frustrated. The worst part in this is I have to take it back. There's a squeak in the convertible top when the windows are up and sealed. It sounds like a rubber seal is squeaking against the window. None of the other convertibles I tested had this problem.

Overall picture, I got a great car at a very good price so I know I will enjoy the car.
