So I just discovered that the light on the rear quarter panel is out. I want to check it out and see if it's burned out or loose. How do I access the bulb?

This or though the trunk, right underneath the mats which looks to be the easiest route.

EDIT: Scratch that, requires removal of the light fixture, similar to the s197s. The clip is on the side pointing towards the front of the car. The other side slides into the bumper. Push the fixture out & through with your fingers, from the bottom, between the exhaust & bumper itself.
