Does anyone have the 19" X 8.5" Premium Paint Aluminum Wheels?

Previously these looked silver on the configurator but now they look black. I asked the Ford online chat guy if there was a running change and he said as far as he knew they were always a low gloss black wheel. Online pictures look silver or at least dark grey, so I'm looking for confirmation by actual owners.

I don't have an S550 but I've been on a few dealer lots that did have them and the ones I saw like that were more gray than silver or black. They look quite good in person; pictures don't do them justice imho.

I wasn't a fan when looking at photos online. Became a fan when seeing them first hand. I'd say as person above, grayish. Not a bright shine silver and certainly not black. They are not "dull" by any account. Once they are cleaned and polished up they pop.

If you can't afford several grand on some awesome rims, these are very nice IMO.

They look very close to Magnetic in sunlight, definitely a metallic silver, almost like gunmetal

They're definitely grey - not black and not silver and they're very very nice. Bought mine from other forum member...

Now, one last question. I've driven the GT with the 18" wheels and liked the ride. How do the 19's ride, particularly over the sharper bumps?

I love the ride on my car. It can be noisy on harsh roads but the car seems to do well isolating me from the impact.
