Mustang Photograph of the Month Contest Guideline

In this thread, you are encouraged to post a photo that you are proud of. It does not necessarily need to be high quality, one taken on your mobile/cell phone would be equally as welcome.

*** Viewers are encouraged to vote on photos by clicking a reaction such as 'Like', 'Love' or 'Wow' button on the contributor's post.

You might want to vote on a photograph for its photographic technical brilliance, perhaps its location setting or maybe just because it portrays something special about Mustang ownership.

The guidelines are simple: -

- *** Only one, single photograph to be submitted by a contributor in the given month no collages (multiple photos in one image).

- The photograph does not need to be taken during the month of the competition.

- Preferably a generation 6 or 7 Mustang should be in the photograph, but other models are ok. It can be the full car or just a very small part of it, such as a closeup.

- No provocative images. Let the curves of the car body do the talking, not the curves of the person standing in front of the car.

- Feel free to describe why you like your photo, or any background story behind it.

- Viewers can register their approval by clicking the ‘Like’ or 'Love' button located at the bottom of the post.

- Viewers can vote on as many photos as they like.

- The photograph with the most ‘Likes’ and 'Loves' wins.

- In the events of a tie, the photograph with the most reactions that are not just a 'like', say such as 'love', 'wow' etc., will be the winner. If that does not determine the winner, I will make a casting vote.

- I will start a new thread each month

- Please avoid reposting previously entered photographs; this will keep the competition fresh.

I’m sat at the airport waiting to jet off to my honeymoon, thought i’d swoop in and get the first post for this month!

my wedding was on Friday, had a perfect day, the Mustang was my transport for the day, my best man - who i met via this forum lent his 1957 Chevy Bel Air to transport my bride

Red/White/Blue:

I had posted a photo of three GT350's lined up Red/White/Blue in the past, and the owner of the Red Shelby sold his. So I had to keep the Ford Red/White/Blue theme going.

A few weeks ago, I decided to finally go on my first solo road trip as I am in my early 20’s and want/need to live more. Always kind of regretted not going on one with my first car and I also just recently got into car photography and thought this would be great to combine together.

I stayed in Morro Bay, CA for a few days and went up to see Big Sur. Took many more photos of my car during the trip but this one is by far my favorite and has quickly become one of my favorite pictures I’ve ever taken/edited of this car. Always thought the S550 has a beautiful side profile. And I’ve always wanted to take a picture like this — a side shot on the side of a road with a simple, dry background. So I pulled over on this random spot on Highway 1 and probably looked like a weirdo running around through the tall grass to get different angles but I didn’t care. So glad I stopped listening to my own excuses and just booked a trip for myself for once. Just me, my car, and the road.
Zero regrets.

This is what the Mustang was made for.
Woo her in your sporty car. Marry her and drive off on your honeymoon in the Mustang. Then have your first kid and drive it around until it's too big for the back seat. Then you trade up to a Galaxie.
Really not a fare picture for this contest.
