Looking at buying but underbody panel dosnt fit right to rear valance

Looking at a gt350 and the shield that meets the rear valance doesn't fit tightly and has pebbles lodged in between it and valance. Wondering if this is a sign of damage, everything else fits well.

It’s a little different it’s been drug slightly on the rear, but that said that’s not a big deal. Many pastic parts on modern cars can deform over time.

Yes agree with the others. It looks like maybe they backed into a parking divider and scratched it but those pieces never seem to be perfectly flush anyway.

Mine has been known to drag-ass when entering steep drives. I had to pull mine off when I did the Ford saggy-bumper fix and there were a ton of rocks in there (just like shown in your photo). I cleaned it up and reinstalled it and it sags a little less than yours, but it still sags.
