I just bought a 2020 Ecoboost premium with the black accent package. I wanted to get caliper covers so I went onto American Muscle and bought some MGP branded ones. I 100% confirmed that I got the right ones given my car’s specs. But when I went to install them, they didn’t fit. I don’t know if it’s because the black accent package has bigger wheels, if MGP messed up, if 2020 models aren’t compatible, etc. But I’m annoyed now.

Does anyone know a company that has covers that 100% fit a 2020 Ecoboost?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure of the answer to your question.
However, I was close to purchasing covers once. But, I often worried about the excess heat it would have to deal with. Maybe spray painting (in a kiln and such), might be a better alternative.

You say you have the right covers. But are you sure? The EB Premium has two different front brake possibilities. The standard Premium has 2 piston front brake calipers. Tha Performance Pack version has the 4 piston version up front. They are not interchangeable. The rears are the same on both.
Mine went on ok. There was a learning curve for installing the brackets but each wheel got easier and they all installed fine with no interference with my 18" factory wheels.
2018 non pp car but I don't think anything changed brake wise to the 2020 car.
This is the kit I bought with them installed.

The rears are the same on both.
It is my experience that the rears are not the same. The rotors have the same diameter but the base EB uses solid rotors while the EBPP and GT use vented rotors which are thicker than the solid rotors. The calipers look identical but the base EB calipers will not fit over the vented rotors. It's not difficult to swap the rotors and calipers out for the EBPP/GT brakes and you won't need covers.

Just paint the calipers. Covers scream "fake." Not a good look.
No matter what's under there, its just assumed you're covering up tiny brakes.
