If they do this I might just walk away from F1. If I want scripted BS I’ll go back to NASCAR.
Looks like Mercedes agree with you, they're currently the team voting against it. It's a measure that would need unanimous approval from the teams.....

Bernie was all for it back in 2016ish, right before Liberty took over. After all, he wanted the F1 weekend split into a sprint race with a reversed-championship-order grid, the result of which would set the grid for the main event. His reasoning? (Direct quote from 2016): “All American sports have time-outs built in, mainly because American audiences can’t concentrate. They grow up with everything in 15-minute segments on TV. People are the same everywhere now.”

Really nice to see the Racing Points and McLarens getting up towards the front and mixing things up a bit today. Long may it continue!

Best bet is still Mercedes/Hamilton.

Definitely. The Mercs are still a way in front of the rest, but everybody else looked pretty competitive against each other. Even Williams seems to have rejoined the midfield. I know the Red Bull Ring is so short on lap time that the gaps always looks smaller, but I think there could be some interesting races this year by the looks of things.

Not sure about you guys, but I was quite happy to see Williams not be in the last 2 spots again. GR actualling out qualiy another team on pace was a nice change. I really really really wish Ocon could’ve bumped boy wonder out of Q3. I despise Ferrari.
Unless they have a issue, I believe 1-2 is settled, I’m looking forward to the fight for 3rd-6th. It’s looks to be pretty good. Honestly besides the rookie, the cars look closer then they have for a very long time, taking away the Mercs.
