Thinking about installing a 12 speaker B&O amp from a 2019 mustang. I currently have a 12 speaker shaker system where the speakers are 2 ohms, tweeter 8 ohms. Hoping I don't have to replace all of the speakers.

Why the upgrade? The Amps have built in DSP, so that is something you are going to have to consider also.

I have purchased a 2020 HD SIRUSXM (300 channel) ACM. It's my belief that the new ACM won't play with the older shaker amp. So I'll have to install the 12 speaker B&O amp for everything to be happy. My concern was with the B&O speaker ohms requirement. If I install the B&O my shaker 2 ohm mid, front and rear speakers (8 ohm tweeters), I may have a problem with a speaker fault with the B&O amp (not see 4 ohms) and sending chimes and warning sounds to the IPC. Looks like I have a big job just to install the new ACM

Oh, I got you. Yes a lot of work to add the SIRUSXM.

The B&O amp has different plugs than the older shaker pro amps. If someone makes an adapter harness I'd like to know.

Yes, they are different. I too would like a adapter harness for the new B&O 12 speaker amp.

When you get it all together let me know what you had to do, with maybe a few pics of the ACM (part #s). When I changed my '19 premium to Shaker pro (speakers & Amp) I gained better sound but at the cost of some volume. Gonna try disabling the EQ through ForScan tonight to see if it helps.
