^^^This.

Bit of a hassle to remove the four hub bolts. I used 2-3 ratchet handles so as to keep the same extension and socket on each. Here are some pics from when I installed longer studs.

Don't forget to use threadlock during reassembly.

@GTP , Are those bolts that you have backed out , are they for the brake shield ?

I just had the dealer do both my rear bearings , I plan on maybe picking up a spare for my track box. Looks totally doable in the paddock , especially if I am not pulling the control arms.

Yes, for the brake dust shield.

When checking for play in the bearing do you need to jack up both rear wheels at the same time? And does it matter if the parking brake is engaged or not?

You don't have to do both wheels , and the parking brake should be off

Agreed. And I don't see how you can get it off by removing only the rotor as someone said: It is splined onto the axle so you have to be able to pull it off... How does threadlock work on plastic lock nuts? I do wish these had a cotter pin or something to secure them.

Mine didn't really make a noise.. just handled like absolute garbage at high speeds, and by garbage I mean in excess of 70 I thought I was going to die.
Did it kinda feel like you had to fight to keep the car straight ?

It can feel like that when they're going out. You should be able to jack up a corner and get a big two armed bear hug and shift the wheel if you can feel it like that on the road.
