That poor bumper. It’s required in Missouri too but I haven’t put a front plate on my not as exciting GT and I’ve never had an issue.

I was pulled over in my 2016. That was enough of a risk/chance for me. I didn't get a ticket, but a warning was enough.

in VA it's required but if the tag is 'plainly visible' by the State Police as they stand in front of the vehicle there is sufficient cause to not write a 'defect' ticket. At that point it comes down to whether or not they are having a good day or not.

Thanks! I bought my 1st mustang way back in 2006 (low mileage stock black on black '93 5.0 hatch) and was an active member of Austin Area Stangs until that club fizzled out. In the time since, I have owned a built 01 GT, 12 PP GT, 97 Cobra, 18 PP1 GT, and now currently have an 18 GT350. I don't see my Mustang love dying anytime soon - I will definitely check out that club!
