There is a very nice 8:26 minute video here on Mustangs and the Dream Cruise.

For those who do not know, this is the world's largest one-day auto show, with over 1 million people that attend, and the "Mustang Alley" typically draws 600 to 1000 Mustangs. It is a week-long celebration of all things automotive celebrated on the world's first paved road "Woodward".

Personally, it is so big, I just watch it on TV (yes, a local TV station broadcasts a 2-hour show on Friday night.

It says community events have been cancelled. Cars will still cruise though?

If it were not for a certain infectious disease, activities for the 2020 Woodward Dream Cruise would be starting right about now. But Woodward ainā€™t quite dead yet. Last night our car club was hanging out at our usual Woodward near 14 Mile location and I snapped a few shots of some of the cooler vehicles that drove by. For the record, I totally forgot to snap shots of the 3 or 4 Lambos, 2 McLarens, and 5 or 6 C8 Stingrays that went by. But hereā€™s a few that I snapped that you guys might appreciate.

There were at least 4 CFTPs running around. I managed to snap the one in orange with the golden ticket stripes. There was also a blue one with white stripes, an Iconic Silver with black stripes, and a blue with no stripes. Probably half a dozen or more GT350s, including 3 Rs. That was just in the hour and a half that I was there. Was anybody else out there? For what itā€™s worth, a yellow SN197 Cobra and a black Mach 1 visited with us for while. Shoulda taken pics of those too.

The Orange Crush is a ā€˜28 Ford with a 392 Hemi! Donā€™t know what the other one is because the owner wouldnā€™t talk to me. Not sure if itā€™s because I was wearing a mask or if itā€™s because Iā€™m a black guy with dreadlocks. Meh.
