I just called 800-900-8458, the Navigation Support team and they said the new update is NA 1.19.

Is this able to be updated if you have a 2019 that was force installed to sync 3.4? It says i have map version NA118 now.. so i'm guessing it's already up to date?

I dont want to end up forcing myself back to 3.3 with the map update if so.
I wouldn't try it. Just go back to Cyanlabs and update their latest files as they have 1.19 maps.

So look what I got. I'm on the phone with CRT now. I have 1.18 even though mine says 1.17 (this was a 3.3 error that Ford acknowledged). They claim it is a website error and want me to try again later. We'll see.

"try again later" is customer service code for.. 'hopefully they call back after my shift is over, so someone else has to deal with the hard questions'

this doesnt look too promising yet.. hopefully this doesnt turn into one big clusterf*k.. but from my understanding, reading about sync updates.. seems it'd be par for the course..

fingers crossed!

Anyone with SYNC 3.4 that upgraded from SYNC 3.3 brave enough to try this map update?

Why would you? The latest 3.4 files have 1.19 installed. Anyone with 3.4 trying to download anything from Ford’s site is just looking for trouble.

So.....I have 118 map in my 2019 GT Premium. Just went into the map update site and entered my VIN and ESN and got the following message. I wonder how long it will take them to get this mess straightened out??

Hmmmm....the website tells me that SYNC 3.3 is the latest update for my 2019 GT Premium. How were you able to get 3.4? Thanks.

Hi Ed. You might want to read post #48. To answer your question, it could take awhile. Try again tonight and again tomorrow morning.

There is a massive thread on 3.4. It is available as an unofficial update. It is not from Ford. Try it at your own risk.

Here's one of them. Update is for 3.3 as well as 3.0

Lol, go F yourself, Ford. I won't be getting Nav unless it's done by a third party in the future. My Accord gets free updates through Garmin. This is a joke.
