Okay how did you tighten down the driver's side bolt under the alternator?

Two ways. Knock out the allen portion on the correct sized allen socket and use that with a cresent wrench. Or cut a section off an allen wrench and use the corresponding cresent wrench to tighten it.

It's impossible to get a ratcheting wrench in the bolt valley of the billet mounts, I tried. I used an offset box end to get it tight

Ohh ok. Yeah my Steeda billet mounts came with allen heads so just assumed.
