Im with you on this, I would not tap into any factory harness wires. Iād rather leave the car alone at that point.Definitely in if there's a solution that doesn't involve slightly messy wiring and a bunch of wire taps....
HP Tuners hardware/software can disable the up-shift rev matching if it bothers you enough to spend the money to fix that. They call if rev hang.No desire for the car to do this. I hate the up-shift rev matching. The hill assist is even worse but thankfully it can be disabled.
