Interior panel popping out?

My interior panel is popping out, just behind the seatbelt and the rubber door seal. I don't see any clips inside that may have come loose. Ideas how to keep it from bowing out like this?

I think those pieces overlap a bit. You should check the other side of the car and see how they look and then try and fix it like that. They might just wedge into the frame.
