Leave the FP track front bar. I'd personally put the stock rear on and start there. May want to go to something slightly stiffer in the rear (Strano or GT350R).
I don't have the stock bar, that would make this easier lol. Is there a good adjustable that would adjust between these 2 stiffness levels? Pretty easy to change out the rear bar, but would rather just do it once.

The Strano (Hellwig) rear bar is adjustable. Unfortunately, Sam hasn't provided any stiffness information for it like he did for the 1" adjustable bar for the S197.

Maybe somebody can get in touch with Sam (or Hellwig directly) to get this information.

Strano is 12-15% more than PP1 on what setting? Where can I find this? Only seeing Helwig and Eibach on the Strano site

Bump stops I need to decide between Eibach, Steeda or cutting stock, any other votes on that?
eibach every day. Steeda if track car. I have a few extra sets of Eibach rears if you can't get them in a timely fashion.

You might want to give Sam a call.

I'm pretty sure that in the past, the Strano bars were made by Hellwig. Possibly with Strano-specific rates justifying Sam putting his own name on them.

Will give Sam a call.

Anyone have a part #(s) for the Eibach bump stops? @shogun32

Also, were you recommending the stock GT rear sway or PP to start @Brian@BMVK ?

I heard one response on Camber Plates vs the bolts, can anyone elaborate more?

Vertical links worth it? I'm considering the poly BMRs

if track use plates, if tooling around town and you wanna tuck too-wide tires for the lookz, bolts.
Ok. If I'm already in there and its beneficial for my goals I would do plates for sure.

Bump..

Looking for more opinions on camber plates vs bolts in my application.

Also if Lateral Links are worth it to do.

Which RLCA bearings to do for my goals? BMR has a few, just saw SuperPro

Or anything else I am missing

Planning for this as of now: SP083s, FP Track dampers or Bilsteins, Eibach bump stops, Rear Shock Mounts BMR or Steeda, RLCA bearing, Ford Knuckle to toe bearing, stock rear sway bar, possibly bump steer kit/lateral arms for front

I'm interested in the opinions of the FP track dampers vs the bilsteins both being mono, for DD'ing and handling

Both excellent. Bilstein just a little better at everything, and is reflected in the price (~$750 vs ~$600). You won't go wrong either way.[/QUOTE
Sorry...which Bilsteins? This is on a lowered car?

So the Steeda adjustables are about the same price as the Bilsteins. Unless there is something really wrong with the Steeda's for the street (maybe thats the issue) I am perplexed as to why these wouldn't be the best choice.
