Hey all,

New to the S550 world, proud new owner of 2015 RS2 with P2 blower kit. Car also has a BAP and this resonator delete X pipe:

Importantly, car is missing headers. Which needs to be addressed.

Can someone let me know what fitment issues the X pipe above might have with headers? Can't seem to locate what the diameter is of the tube, don't know if headers vary much in diameter and/or if there are some that won't fit the above mid pipe.

Lastly, I'm reading long tube headers are the way to go. I'll browse the forum but would welcome feedback about do's and don'ts with headers.

TIA!

As long as the headers have a factory size exit from the mid pipe you’ll be okay.

like stated already, you would need a factory styled set of headers to bolt up for that resonator delete pipe. We offer several different setups that are factory styled that are priced very well. https://www.lethalperformance.com/s...-mustang-gt-exhaust-systems/headers/long-tube. If you have any questions or are interested to see what would be a great setup for you, feel free to send me a PM and I can get you squared away.
