I ordered the entire splash shield & am going to take it to a 3D scanning and printing company to make some replicates. Can I get a count of hands for those who might want one?
Depending on price, I'm sure there will be a lot of interest in having a spare.

Ditto, I need one. Hopefully with a better securing mechanism.

Okay folks so after 2 months and $500 Tasca Parts finally got this to me. I'll be looking for a company to 3D print this little access door to get price quotes. So far I had $70/scan the item quoted plus the cost to print. Figure I'm in it now for at least $570++ so I'm gonna gave to sell a shitload of these....

As others have said, have it scanned and 3D printed, or take it to a local machine shop And have them make you one out of aluminum or tin.

Do you have to send the old one back? If not, you’re all set w the spare oil filter door!

I like to disassemble things.
You shouldn't have to scan the door. This would be a pretty simple exercise in CAD. For production, you could water jet or laser cut aluminum plate and then a quick bend on the brake and it'd be done. Hard coat anodize or powder coat and it'd be ready for service.
