Alright guys, so after months of searching across all the popular sites part sites, Instagram, Facebook, ebay, forums, etc, I think I've found the best looking caliper covers for the rears. I HATE the MGP covers especially against the look of the front Brembos of my PP. Not looking for performance upgrade, just a visual one.

They are from a ebay site called Apex Overlays and are made by a guy here in the states. They are anodized aluminum and come with mounting hardware. You unfortunately need to drill into the rear caliper bracket, but that's probably better in the long run for fitment.

I get them tomorrow and will post pictures once they are installed. I'm also going to get them painted to color match my Orange Fury GT and hopefully they turn out as good as I think they will. I'll make sure to post photos of the installation and final look.

.....You're welcome.

Looks promising. I was surprised that you have drill all the way through.
It looks like they come as just aluminum with no paint or logos. I think he's using the ford, bmw, etc logos just to show what type of car it's going on...might still not be legal but....
OP, looking forward tou your results...try and take pics or vid of your process.

You can order them with or without the logo. I'm painting them so I didn't get the logo.

Just got them in today and they look awesome. Bare metal now, but going to get them painted. They're a bit bigger than what I expected, and that's not a bad thing. Light in the hand cause they're aluminum, but a thick gauge.

As compared to the 6 piston Brembos...

Alright, here we go. Not painted yet, but installed and I'm in love! :inlove:

The machined look of these are great vs the plastic and cheap looking MGPs.

They look great. Looking forward to the look when painted.

I have the MGPs now. They look OK and just to clarify, the MGPs are not plastic as you stated. They are aluminum as well. But these look better.

Yeah, I meant plastic-looking and cheap-looking, but I could've written that better!

DDDDDDOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODDD!!!! Awesome! This is a find and half no doubt. Makes the rear brakes look like high ends. I will definitely order these. Like others, can't wait to see them painted. You going to paint it yourself or shop? If you, rattle can?

Ha! I wish. I don't have the $1000 for powder coating and to get the Brembos rebuilt. I can of course give you my cash app username, if you prefer.

I don't think so, do not live in the village. Unless I'm missing something here.
1K for power coat, no way, farming them out 50 - 100 max I would think.
Hell for couple of hundred you can buy every thing needed from Eastwood. A toaster oven can be used to set the powder, the covers are small enought.

I'm getting them painted to match the body, meaning the fronts and the rears. The rears have to be taken apart, sand blasted, powder coated, and rebuilt. I'm getting both the calipers and the covers body matched as well. If you want a great fit and finish, that ain't cheap bub.
