Stock 5.0 what should vacuum be at idle?

I'm at 16 with AC and 17 without AC (not sure if this matters but I'm at altitude). This seems low?

I did clean the MAF/MAS already, it's the same.

At full operating temperature idle with no HVAC/accessories on, I see 17-18” of vacuum on my Auto Meter Pro-comp gauge.

Lordy. I’m sub 20 at idle usually around 25 here in AZ.
