What in Earth is this ? [UFO Help]

I was going to change my battery and found this .. I bought the car and previous owner had done the usual mods Corsa exhaust, Cai etc. and I suspect a tune but have no idea what this is . Searched everywhere online to no help. It seems to be connected to fuse box and grounded right in front of battery. Sorry not a car expert lol I have a 2017 mustang GT premium.

It does not appear so it has the shaker system that comes stock with car. But I have only checked the sub in trunk .

Judging by the symbolism on the piece, it's an on-off switch. I'll bet you've turned it one way and the other, without noticeable effect. That usually means it is set for past or future execution of the on-off function. Either it's too late to do anything about it now, or it's going to sneak up on you one of these days and turn your seats inside-out. Sit lightly.
