Revs not dropping down in a linear way

I appreciate the input.

As for the hypothesis that it is a "rev matching feature", that would explain it, but I swear I do not remember it doing that last season.
However, I have trouble remembering a lot of things LOL.

I will try to make a video and post it.

It sounds like that's exactly what you're seeing. My 2017 does it and my 2011 GT had the same feature as well. I don't care for it but, it is what it is.

My 2019 has it also. The only time I noticed it Is when I depressed the clutch a bit early as I was slowing down at a stop light. Since the car shifts super smoothly going up the range I was not concerned about it.

I checked mine today and I am seeing the same thing you are...never really noticed it until now because I just never had a reason to just push in the clutch and watch the RPM's. I think this is standard operation

I appreciate the field work to put my mind at ease.
I guess it is a rev match or at least a stagger for a second before the revs drop in a linear way.
I took a phone video but I think you guys are describing exactly what I am seeing so all good.
For the life of me I don't remember it doing that last season, but I forget a lot of things anymore.
