Question about mirror caps and blinkers on side mirrors 2015 GT

All, thanks in advance for your help - but I have a puzzling question.

I have a 2015 Mustang GT - Performance Pack.
Driver side mirror, the mirror cap has a cutout and a blinker on the side mirror.
Passenger side mirror cap does not, and there is no blinker. Is this normal?

Does only the driver have the puddle lights at night? Generally premium have the blinker on both sides and also have the puddle lights. Do you have leather? I would bet one of the mirrors have been replaced before.

Actually the opposite. Mines a base - someone installed a premium side mirror on my base

Nope no puddle lights, and no leather. and yeah I'm assuming driver side was replaced with a blinker option at one point.
