Anyone know where to source the cloth fabric for Recaro seats?

I bought a salvage GT350 with the track package. The driver's seat airbag is deployed and it ripped the cloth fabric in addition to tearing the seams. I want to have the seat stitched back up with matching fabric so it will look original again, and not have an extra seam from where it was ripped.

Anyone know where to get the fabric to match?

The Recaro seats that come in the car are exclusive to Ford. You can probably buy the the skins from Ford performance parts from your Vin number.

Unfortunately, just the skin for the back of the driver's seat is $2200 from Ford.

Take the skin or seat to a custom upholstery shop and have it matched as best as possible. My dealer and even I tried getting Recaro material to try and cover my rear seat to match the front seat Recaro from Ford. Not looking good.

I don’t have a build thread, but I am taking pictures along the way. I have bought a few salvage items and They have turned out well in the past. I search www.copart.com daily looking for things to buy, either for myself or to flip. I am not sure how it was wrecked, but both driver side wheels were busted and a little body damage was on the left side and the passenger door. The car was in SC and had 5,000 miles on it. To get it to my house in Virginia, I bought two spare tires from automotive authority so I could roll the car, so I have about 26,000 invested in it. I don’t know if I am going to keep it or try to sell it. I am contemplating putting it up for sale like it is now for 31,000.

Hey I was just trying to find a how to video on redoing these seats I have a set of recaros and got new upholstery for them, I'm done the bottoms and taking the tops off... how for you get the seatbelt slides in the middle apart they seam to come apart but they're really right I don't want to break them any info would be great thanks sir
