In case you guys are wondering.. the 2017. Wasn't even close. Thought those s197's had a big weight advantage, and rated horsepower is pretty close for a supercharged 4.6l.

Isn't it amazing how engine performance has increased since then. My 335i was pretty fast then. Now a Kia or Camry would beat it.

Just curious as to his is a lighter car & same 435 hp. He also has a tune, better tires etc., like me. Figured it woulda been closer? I dunno..

Transmission has a lot to do with it, as does there the hp and torque curves occur.
