So I have my 5.0 emblems off to plastidip them. But I want to keep the red dot. What’s the best way to accomplish that?

Tried that, but obviously you have to use a razor blade to cut through the plasty dip over the square. I feel like that’s gonna leave loose edges. I guess that’s the only way to do it though.

I used tape right over the plasti-dip, worked great. I waited a couple of weeks after dipping.

I sprayed the whole thing and gently used a box cutter to cut an edge in the corner then pulled the square right out. 1st time I did it, I think I did not use enough spray and it didn’t pull out easy, but 2nd time put like 4 coats on it, let it dry real good and it worked much better. Good thing about plasti dip is that if you mess it up...just do it again

I think I'll try that with an exacto knife. If that doesn't work I'll order the zombie stickers or make my own. Lord knows I have plenty of time right now.

Good call on keeping the red dot. Cause Red dot Mustangs are faster than black dot ones :like:

I used a sharp toothpick and it worked perfectly.
