I placed an order for some Project 6GR wheels on November 22 and I still have no idea when I'll see them. What initially was said to be a 2-3 week delivery time, is now more than 14 weeks! Every time I call and ask for an update, I get told 1-2 weeks, which has dragged on for quite some time.

At this point, I think they've been infected with the coronavirus. Has anyone else been dealing with this same nonsense?

Jeeeez. That's kinda ridiculous. I was planning on ordering a set of wheels from them this week! Im glad I saw this post. I may delay my purchase if this is a normal thing.

I would check to see what they have in stock first. I think the sweatshop got shut down in China for mine.

I initially order five spokes and was told 2-3 weeks.

Now, 4 months later, I'm hoping to get seven spokes by the end of the week because the five spokes are not even in the country yet. 4 months later and I'm still no closer to getting what I paid for!

I sure hope these rims look good or I wasted a lot of time.

I would if I was smart, but I'm not. Welds would look pretty sweet, but I'm trying to avoid going full tilt on this build.

Congrats on finally getting your wheels dude. Car looks nice.

I have two new project 6GR-7 Im looking to sale if anyone else is looking and doesn’t want to wait. 19x11 and 24mm offset (stock front size for the 350R).

I mounted tires on them and then decided to go a different route. Wheels were never used, mounted on the car once and took them right off.

PM if you’re interested.

I’m still waiting on an order from them placed in Jan/Feb time frame...I was told March 6th. Now April 4th, called them and was told they are held up at the port of LA. checked with customs and no shipment is being held...smh...wish they would tell the truth, like 2/3 month order processing and delivery. I would have gotten the rp1s or something.

Can you cancel the order with the vendor you purchased them from?

If that’s not an option and you’re really tired of waiting you can try cancelling with your credit card company or start a claim with PayPal.

Yup, I kept getting the same bs answers. Ended up getting different wheels than I originally ordered, even after 4 months!

God I hope this doesn't happen to me. I just ordered some TENS 20X10 and 20X11 and they told me 4-5 weeks. I can't drive mine, hit a very small but deep pothole in the rain and it bent my wheel. Sitting on jack stands in the garage. I don't want to wait a month much less 4 months.

Mine were sent exactly on time... I got them a few weeks back. Just got the tires done 2 days ago, but its been raining so I havent had a chance to get some pictures. I got TENS also, they look perfect. Nice deep dish to them.

I think I am going to end up lowering my car though, the gap is still just a bit too much. I just found out they have "minimum drop" springs available... yea I guess I live under a rock!

I’m running BMR min drop springs and the stance is just right and handles great.
