Agreed. I liked the look on the early S197, especially Bullitts;I don't think that style matches the body style in my opinion
I actually own CS11’s that were on my 2012 GT500. I tried the rears wheels and the caliper is huge. Hardly any clearance within the barrel of the wheel and the caliper.Agreed. I liked the look on the early S197, especially Bullitts;
But that was a much different offset/dish, and you could get away with a deep dish rim/lip on the wheel, like the original:
(look at that poke!)
Not so good look on S550s. They are $600+ customs pigs.
But the 2005-2020 Shelby CS11 Black W/Polished lip:
Maybe . . . .
Thanks for the feedback guys!The Shelby CS11 wheels would look great except they won’t fit GT350. The rea

Thanks for the feedback guys!
Yes I was trying for the 1965 look with the Torq Thrusts and forgot all about the Bullitt wheels...( DOH! ) How could I forget about those they are my favorites! Still love the Bullitt and for a time there lived in the Bay Area and thought it would be great to get one and drive the same roads in San Fran as Frank Bullitt...but didn't do it cuz I heard about the the GT350.
Another good idea was the CS11 so I checked out CJ and the video ..they look great! So off to CS site ...found em...but the tag line says excludes GT350...DANG IT! The goal would be to keep the original tires rims for the track and get a set of daily driver wheels/tires. I will continue to check out the other items/sections of this forum and see what I can find. Will post stuff back here later when I find em. Thanks again for your help!View attachment 451985 View attachment 451987
