Or tell where to find them maybe?
They are factory Ford parts, any dealership can get them for you.

I ordered through a friend of mine who works at a dealership in Florida. He’s been a parts guy there for 30 years. He did some homework and found the part numbers and ordered them for me.

There is a dealership selling them on sleezebay for almost $300 beans. That’s when I got the idea to ask my friend to get them for me.

What's next on the horizon?

I'll be living vicariously through your thread for further inspiration. The wife and had The Talk over the weekend, and I'll be on the hunt for an MSRP deal on one of these by summer.

Congratulation! I look forward to you getting one. :like:

I'm kinda in a lull, work is just stupid right now, so time has been an issue. I really am not sure what way I wanna go with this car yet. Its perfect in almost every way, just the way it comes. I will keep my eye out for a set of wheels that speak to me. So far none have been calling my name. I'm torn on the resonator delete, because I think the car is wicked loud now (which I like), and I don't think I want to add more db's to it. I am refraining from talking to @Whipple SC about an upcoming kit, because ...... well......I just may want to lol.

For now, it's just cleaning and protecting the paint and wheels, and soon window tint. Unless something I haven't read about yet pos up, which is always a possibility, haha.

Thanks. I'm thinking Kona with no stripes at the moment. We'll see, plenty of time to decide. I'm going to go look at a '19 GT350 in Kona this weekend to help potentially lock the color choice in my mind. Hopefully I don't come home with it, as it's nicely discounted. Focus will be required, LOL.

Funny, what you mention about the car being perfect as it comes is kind of a hang-up for me since I like to mod, and my '15 has been the most enjoyable Mustang I've had so far in part because of it. When I've had the more special edition cars in the past I've been more reluctant to change them much since it would ruin what made them special to start with. First world problems, right?

Thats exactly what I did. I went to look at a 2019 FPB GT350, and when I saw it, I knew it was the color for me.

I whole heartedly agree with this statement. You may know that I also am a modder, I have enjoyed the hell out of my last 3 builds. That said, "no regerts" with my decision to get one. I have never owned a Shelby, and always wanted one. The car is amazing the way it is, but.... all the suspension parts are subject to changing just like the last cars. The exhaust can be played with, intake, pulleys, tune, etc. So much you can do if you want to. If you never cross the line, and keep all original parts, it can always be returned to stock.

There in lies my dilemma lol.

I believe this iteration of the GT500 is what I expected out of the last round -- an awesome all-rounder. Instead, I ended up a little disappointed in my '07, since it was a nose-heavy, straight line machine for the most part. I never really fell in love with it, and basically left it stock other than a pulley/tune and a shifter.

It's toeing that line and not crossing it when it comes to mods on cars like these....

BTW, I've enjoyed your previous builds for sure.

I needed a little R&R form the craziness at work, so I took her out for a good ride this morning, and then gave her a much needed bath.

I know the following things are not much for entertainment, but I wanted something to protect the stripes from the license plate. I decided to forgo a plate bracket, and use these silicone cases I found on the Azon. They came as a two pack, with the plate hardware (which I didn't use). This should prevent the scratching to the stripes.

I like to use plastic hardware to prevent rust stains on the license plate. I used these screws to hold bolt the plate to the car.

Just to show how useful they really are. After taking the pictures, I found it a really good place to keep my cell phone.

I wanted something simple around the plates, so I did the same with mine.
I forgot where I bought them. But like $5 for the pair. They were so cheap, I bought an extra set:

I can't seen to find these fender emblems. Call my dealer too, they said they had to call engineering... Maybe you still have the bags that they came in?
I only found one, but any good parts guy can come up with the other one.

Today I received the Ford Print of my 2020 GT500, which I ordered from the owners kit that was delivered last month. I am very happy with how it came out, and I am vey glad I decided to purchase it. I am leaving it wrapped until I get it to work, and hang it in my office.
