Am I crazy to keep my current 350.

I have had numerous issues since I bought the car and put 8k miles on it. Clutch and Flywheel, Cam Phasers on both sides, engine replacement, and now AC replacement, ticking motor, and warped rotors all at 15K miles on a 2016. Total time in the shop probably close to 3 months. I feel like i should punt this car and pick up a newer gt350, but i have the gen 2 motor and it's still covered until 2021. Just wanted to know what yall thought about it.

If it is paid off and running well I say keep it, since at this point you have replaced pretty much every major component (aside from transmission) on the car. If you get a new one you risk having the same (or new) issues again.

You know the history of what you have. Like matthewr87 said, if it's running good and paid off, I'd keep it.
No guarantee the new one will be trouble free.

My car has also been in the shop for 2-3 months total.

1. AC issues that needed multiple attempts until the entire system was replaced.
2. Starter issues that took multiple attempts and the only way it was fixed was a starter replacement even though it showed absolutely no codes/signs the starter was failing.
3. Wiring harness for the entire car just because the rear camera wire at the trunk location was failing, and it's all a one piece.

Lastly, engine replacement for oil consumption. This was a few months ago. Still have the car, still enjoying the car.

My favorite saying that sums up the car: It hurts so good.

You have a custom version now with verified replacement of common weak parts. You should be good to go and stronger than ever. ;)

Keep,it. You will take a bath on trade in and won’t really get a newer car that will be a huge difference in terms of performance and handling. As long as its under warranty. There is no guarantee a 19/20 will be any more reliable.

I really feel for you guys that have had so many problems. I drive mine like I stole it and have since day one. Mine doesn't use any oil and I have only had the cats replaced, a broken seat harness connector and had the bumper gap fix. Otherwise it has been trouble free. Mine is a 2016 G1879.

I would say keep it as well. I had the 19 engine put in mines and I have not looked back. Thinking about it...I think I'm going to go on a quick quarantine drive real quick....just to give her some exercise.

Yeah I am going to keep it and pick up a C8 next year to go along with it. Dealer thinks the vibration between 2-3K is transmission mount. Still have to talk to Ford about the rotors. Dealership is wiping their hands of them and trying to explain to me that warped rotors at 15K miles is not a premature failure.

I still have my 2017 GT350, with the original 'dreaded' 1st run of the 5.2 voodoo, complete with oil consumption and piston slap (at cold temps) out the wazoo!

Yet is there anything out there I'd get rid of it for ? Nah anything more comfortable would just be slower and anything quicker would just be more expensive and automatic-y..

GT350 is still the car for me.
