Nice. Is there a need for a heat shield? Hood pins?
Hood pins, absolutely. For one, they look great, and secondly, they add two more securing points.

The traditional heat shield is a no go. I'll be running gold heat tape on the underneath of those louvers.

Thanks! Well there goes that idea. Perhaps I can see what other procharged folks have for aftermarket hoods.

Uuuggggg...saw my first 500 in person today...I. WANT. ONE (the hood that is). I would totally be in for a 500 replica hood that fit the 350. Then the challenge of the hood pins. The pins folks are instilling look great, but having that far forward mounting location like on the 500 really does make a difference.

I emailed when it was first announced, and they responded a week later telling me no plans to make it available for the GT350's.

fiberglass probably? We need to lean on Anderson to make one!
I've tried too man, gave them details about a raised large single vent like the GT500's so we can utilize the factory strut bar for the Whipple folks. No bueno, but we just gotta keep calling and emailing them.

Purely from aesthetics POV, I like Stalker Hood or Ram Air Hood. Do you guys think these options would ever be available for GT350 18+?

Also, I get the weight benefit of Carbon Fibers, but I like the OEM paint color + stripes. Can you get Carbon Fiber hoods and paint them to match? Would it look just like OEM?

Thereā€™s a guy just a couple towns over from me that has a Cerviniā€˜s 500 style hood on his R and it does look sharp af

Hi. I installed the Anderson Composite CF Super Snake hood on my GT and Alex from Anderson said "ALL" of their CF hoods they recommend pins and heat shield. If not I think it would void their warranty. Good Luck.

This is a response to my second question around painting CF hood to match OEM color + stripes, correct?

I think Cervini's 500 style hood certainly looks better than OEM, but I prefer Ram Air Hood aesthetically. Not sure which one is better from functionality point of view.
