yeah, those are "pastelitos" for us... our dough for the empanadas is different... and you can have a million different empanadas... chicken, grounded beef, pulled beef, cheese, shrimp, cazon (like tuna), etc...

pastelitos:

never let anybody tell you a pastelito is an empanada... never... anybody can make pastelitos, empanadas is an art lol.

btw, you can buy pastelito dough at the supermarket... just put whatever you want inside and fry it... the empanada, you have to make the dough.. i don't know how to make it... now, my mom or my grandma... on point!

In the Upper Penninsula of Michigan they are pasties.

wrong... with us dollars? they'll love you... specially now that nobody wants bolivares and everything is done on US dollars... you may get killed or kidnap, but those are common issues even for locals lol

there is a few places in Orlando and Miami where the food is on point... here in Jacksonville there is a few, but nothing great...

Jacksonville looks like a busy congested place. I've never been there but lots of red roads around Jacksonville on the map, haven't looked at jobs there because of that. I'm a country boy at heart who is just longing for the sea.

When i moved here, no problems... but in the last 2-3 years we had a lot of people moving here... miami and orlando are collapsed so, they moved here...

most of the red roads are because of the constructions... we have a lot of road construction...

The one good thing about Bernie is that he would have been a walk in the park for Trump. With Joe for certain choosing a female VP, I think it'll be a slightly closer race. There will be those that'll vote that ticket solely because it gets a woman in the office, which is unfortunate (not the woman in office, but that people will vote with that logic).
