Because of the virus, a lot of dealerships are changing how they operate sales. I would expect them to make better deals now given the reality of the bleak economic future.
I was offered a Raptor at 1k below invoice AND hold back.

I guess some of you guys were not into sports cars back in 08+? Because if you watch the market and what is happening to auto manufacturers you don't buy a car right now unless you just don't care about money and have other priorities. And there is nothing wrong with that if you do.

Paying ADM is just dumb right now.

I bought my '09 GT500 in November of '08. I was finally in a position to negotiate outside of the ADM stranglehold that had been in place. Market was in the shitter and it all played out well. Turned out the be the lowest production year '07-'14 too.

This pause will result in an even lower supply of GT500's, which will likely slide the supply/demand scale accordingly. That said, I'm not so sure there will be "deals" on limited production vehicles. The larger point is...everyone stay safe and let's support one another during these concerning & trying times.

Can't argue with that! I'd love to have a GT 500 right now but I doubt it will be anytime soon, especially due to this crisis and assembly plant shut down. I guess my Lancaster County Mennonite up bringing keeps me for paying above msrp, especially on a car with an unknown delivery date! Honestly though I think the car is worth it but I can't bring myself to pay dealer mark up and still wait. Congrats to all of you who took ownership and good luck for all of you who have one on the way! Hopefully we make it through this crisis united and have a speedy recovery and deliveries!
