So I just made the order . Bought 2 50 cell cats . I'm hoping i did this right . I believe the stock tubes are 2.5" in and 2.5" out for the cats ?
Im hoping this will give me some more volume and maybe aggressive sound? Any input?

I would of cut out the resonator and put on a “X” or “H” pipe.

Even a cat back exhaust would of been a better choice.

I wanted max flow w/o LT's (Chicago smog tests). I bought a set of 3" MAK cat delete pipes so I won't have to fab all those bends and then welded a pair of GESi hi-flo cats into the MAK pipes at the same location as the OEM cats. I now have a full 3" system from headers to tips. I may be wrong but my Corsa Sport catback sure seems alot louder than typical - probably close to LT volume.
