I’ve been doing research and I’ve seen a lot of different answers when it comes to the hood hitting the intake manifold.

I think from what I’ve read, seems like 2015-2017 can get away with cutting the back of the hood. 2018+ you need to cut more than just the back of it.

I know I can just go ahead and lower the motor a bit and be ok, but does anyone who has an 18+ who has only cut the hood and NOT dropped the motor show what they did?

Any feedback?
From those I have seen go with the CJ the motor mounts were required to fit regardless of any cutting of the stock hood.
