Can anybody tell me where this hose goes? It's the driver side rear wheel area. I have a code for the evap system. This hose broke a couple years ago when I lost a snow chain.

better check HERE, because from the picture if that’s the other end of the hose, it appears that section is riddled with holes too....

That's the parking brake cable. It's fine. I got the liner out and it looks like the hose is just the drain at the filler door. When you put a bit much fuel and it spills out. Now to figure out why I have a code.

Google is our friend:

P1450 FORD Possible Causes:
- Blocked EVAP canister or vent solenoid
- Kinked or collapsed hose between canister and fuel tank
- Faulty Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor
- Fuel filler cap stuck closed, preventing vacuum relief

Read more detail: https://www.autocodes.com/p1450_ford.html

I had this same code on my F150 a few years ago. It was a bad vent solenoid.

Does anybody have the ability to look under their car and see if that hose goes to the EVAP canister on the bottom of the tank? I went to the dealer parts department and looked at the screen and couldn't find anything and they didn't have any Mustangs to look under.
