Nothing really. The car is stored but I had to put the recycling out tonight so after doing that I just stared at the goddamned thing! What a beautiful machine. Ah but soon it will be set free once again.

Forgot to post earlier. I have had my eyes open for a 1:18 scale model to replace the 1:24 model I acquired earlier. Well I found this beauty by Diecast Masters. Check out these videos, it is a pretty amazing little model. It can even be lowered for that simulated bagged look!

That's exactly the one I've got, which I showed
here. You managed to capture its real color; mine came up yellow due to the lighting in my office.
It's really nice, isn't it?
I tried to tinker with the suspension and wheel alignment, as they show in the instructions leaflet and in the video, but in the end I decided that I liked it best in its original setting, so I reverted to that.
The only thing that's missing is the steering wheel turning the wheels. My colleague's 1:24 Mercedes does that. Oh well, you can't have everything.

it's the same horse. it has a color shifting matte clear coat finish that changes color in different lighting.kinda like a gunmetal and goes really good with the carbon-fiber accents.

Installed the RTR lighted grille and removed the grille shutters today. Pretty easy. Took me 2 hours start to finish. And I took my sweet ass time doing it. No rushing at all and took a few breaks during also. Best mod in the world
