First trip to the track stock a10

First trip to the track in my a10 18. It is all stock besides I put my Welds on it. Could have went a little faster but it hit the fuel cutoff on my best 60’ run. Premium car plus a 280lb driver and extra crap in the car

Nice times! A dude in Canada (forget his handle) ran 11.4 @ 123 something with drag mode and -990 DA. Only mods drag pack wheel setup. Good air helps a ton.

DA was going to be -1k at one of the tracks I go to. I should have went. That 11.4 was in some crazy -DA also. I pulled a 1.87 60’ which would have put me in the 11.7’s but I hit a fuel limiter in the 3/4 shift so the car slowed down. I could have went low 11.7’s to high 11.6’s today. It is in the high 40’s low low 50 today

I had -1300 DA here this morning in Florida, made a new PB on the street but I expected a bit better for my mods. (drag pack + e85 tune) . I ran a [email protected] 1.89 60 foot in -50 DA without the skinnies, then today I ran a [email protected] with a 1.91 60 foot with skinnies and -1300 DA so it didnt improve my time or MPH as much as I was hoping. I think I did spin a bit on the 1-2 and possibly 2-3 though. Vid is in my thread if you want to check it out

You picked up almost 1.5 mph. The more power you make will always have negative impact on available traction. I ran 11.91, 11.92 back in fall 18 with just a base E85 tune @ 2600 DA. Ran it again last fall @ 700-800 DA and picked up 4 plus mph 121-122, but ran 12 flats due to horrible traction and bad axle hop. Had to peddle it through the first 1/8 mile and completely bailed out of 3 out of 5 runs. All stock tires, suspension, weight etc.

Excellent times OP. Negative DA, WTF is that? LOL. A great night at my track is anything under 1k. I've never seen anything below 500 feet in 15 years.

I think it was like -2500 DA

i need this in my life. i trapped a little over 119mph in 1500 DA in my stock car, i bet i could do 121-122 in -2500 seeing as how it only did 116 in 3500 DA (and 100 degree weather)
