Just an FYI that GT350 car cover will fit your new GT350R just fine. Covers the rear and spoiler just fine, on the front you can only bring it down to the top of the front splitter. So basically you just can't cover the front of the splitter.

I still have my original from my 16 this one is an extra I purchased as a back up.
I had zero issues with the front fitment the entire car is coverd fron to back
